There is stitching on the ends as well as diagonally across the brace to allow better bicep flexibility. It gives great support for both forearm and bicep and of course elbow. I've called McDavid customer support 1st for their recommendation on the model and size before ordering from Amazon. I would recommend this over other brands. Thi ellbow wrap iis not adjustable. That meand it only prevents that the ellbow gets cold, it will not give any support. Nice product, just be sure to buy one size larger than what their sizing chart recommends...
