Despite initial shipping problems getting the shoe to Australia, it was worth the wait and Amazon was incredibly prompt in their replies regarding my queries regarding the delays in shipping - Customer Service in this regard has been excellent. It can be terrible to think what the needy kids consider them. They look excellent and now the spouse is amazing with me shopping for much more songs gear, it is a win win.
